Among the best things to use for training, are dog play pens. Our canines understand that getting inside with me means to be calm and pay attention. This is when I prefer introducing different commands and teach my pets new tricks as they say. It is quite a bit easier for me to catch my dogs interest whenever we are in a safe environment than when there are a lot of potential distractions occurring.
When my canines understand a command inside the pen, then I get them outside of it and start adding distractions to that specific command. I am definitely not a professional canine trainer, but it works very well for me, and the tip did originate from an expert.
These excellent portable products offer a great support system to the need for taking walks, but don't replace the relationship that both you and your canine can get from a good long stroll. Like I stated, I'm definitely not an expert trainer, however I'm an enormous supporter for appropriately training your dog and for that reason, I need to support what I really believe is best for the pet.
Dogs were born by nature to move about and look for food. We are the ones that brought them into our society, and for that reason, we're the people who must meet their needs. I don't imply that we need to go seek out and kill meals with them, but we do need to satisfy their need to walk and exercise, and that is not bad for us either.
This is the most important element to keep in mind when you are considering a puppy play pen. Whether you agree with me or not with regards to the way we train our pups, we can all concur that we love them and would like them to be content and safe. The advantages of using a play pen for your pet far outweigh the negative aspects, and we should take pleasure in our pets and keep them protected. They give us a great deal and demand very little.
I agree a pet pen allows owners to separate an area off for their dog so they can run around and leave their owners with a little peace of mind knowing they aren't going to get too excitable and break things. This may also apply if there are children present or if there is an area where you wish you dog to stay away from, such as the upstairs.

ReplyDeleteI completely agree and would rather play with my dog at the park too, but sometimes it is not always possible, and not all dog owners want to or have time too. This article is more for other types of situations, and never intended to replace walking with or playing with your dog.
